About Rabbi Dr Nissan Wilson – Founder and CEO
Rabbi Dr Nissan Wilson is the founder and CEO of RNW Consulting, a forward-thinking HR and business consultancy dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises thrive. Drawing on over two decades of leadership across the education, religious, and nonprofit sectors, Nissan brings a rare blend of strategic insight, deep people expertise, and a passion for building purposeful, values-driven organisations.
With a PhD in Education from UCL, Nissan is expert at navigating complex intersections of governance, safeguarding, compliance, and organisational culture. He has served as Executive Principal of a high-performing academy, as a senior congregational Rabbi, and as a consultant to schools, charities and business leaders across the UK. His unique perspective combines academic rigour, practical know-how, and a commitment to ethical leadership.
Nissan is also an accredited mediator and seasoned facilitator, known for his calm, solution-focused approach to conflict resolution and team development. At RNW Consulting, he works closely with clients to deliver tailored HR and business support, guide talent development, and integrate the best of human expertise with emerging AI-powered people management systems.
